How usage is billed

Docket is agentic: its AI specialists do real work for you. What that work uses is billed by use, on top of the base fee.

• What counts: what your agents and AI use, and your share of the service's running costs (hosting and storage).
• When: once a month, after the month's costs are in (after the 10th), on the same card. A month's use under $0.50 is added to the next.
• Seeing it: all of it is in the app. Admin → Plan and billing shows this month's use so far and every month's charge, split into agents and AI and running costs; Reports → AI usage shows what each person and agent used.
• Limits: your admins set a monthly AI limit for each person, or one for everyone, in Admin → AI usage. At the limit, that person's agents stop until the next month or until it is raised.
• An invited demo pays nothing, usage included.
